\n\nAt Oil Can Henry’s, we’re committed to earning our customers’ lasting trust by providing quality service that’s quick, convenient, thorough, and a great value.\n\nAll our local center owners and their teams of friendly, trained technicians work hard each and every day to provide customers with a superior service experience.\n\nNonetheless, it takes a particularly stellar and sustained effort to earn the John E. Shepanek Standards of Excellence award.\n\nNamed for retired Oil Can Henry’s Chairman John E. Shepanek, whose relentless focus on providing a superior service experience to each and every customer has fueled Oil Can Henry’s success, the John E. Shepanek Standards of Excellence award represents the ultimate honor an Oil Can Henry’s center can earn.\n\nSid West, owner of the Oil Can Henry’s center in College Place, WA (just west of Walla Walla), proudly accepted the honor from John E. Shepanek and Oil Can Henry’s C.E.O. Chris Shepanek at the 2013 Oil Can Henry’s Franchise Meeting.\n\n”Sid and his incredible team set a high standard that we can all strive to achieve,” Chris Shepanek said. “We’re proud of their effort and the superior, personalized service they provide, and we’re pleased to recognized them with this special award.”\n\nCongratulations to Sid and his entire College Place team — who are also celebrating six years of service to Walla Walla drivers this month — on the well-deserved honor!\n\nAnd, congratulations to the seven other Oil Can Henry’s centers celebrating October anniversaries:\n
