My husband and I witnessed the most remarkable professionalism by two employees at Oil Can Henry’s in Lincoln City.\n\nWe were visitors from Canada and had no previous knowledge of the company prior to requesting the oil change service.\n\nWe were incredibly impressed with the customer service we received (not to mention the cleanliness of the garage).\n\nThe two employees promptly tended to our request, and ensured step-by-step procedures were followed — including wearing hard hats. What an impressive safety standard they displayed.\n\nWhen we commented on what a super job they did, they immediately responded back with, “Our manager taught us well. He wants us to do a good job.” You must be proud of your accomplishment in terms of what you taught them in both business and the respect of the customers.\n\nTheir attire — sophisticated hat, bow tie and white shirt — was a nice added touch, especially in a business of this nature. We still talk about it with our friends, with good memories.\n\nWe would appreciate it if you would ensure both employees are advised of the positive experience we had at Oil Can Henry’s and how it exceeded our expectations. Hats off to both of them for a job well done and we wish them both the very best in their future endeavors.\n\nSincerely,\n\nMarlene L.\nCalgary, Alberta\nCanada
