From Our Customers: Such Excellent Service

Oil Can Henry’s – Salem.
Ordinarily I would not take the time to look up a business’ website to leave a comment about service, but I received such excellent service it needed to be mentioned.
I noticed that all of the men working there seemed to take great pride in their customer service, and even though I do not know their names, I assure you that from now on even if I have to go out of my way, I will be sure to go to this specific location.
It is obvious that the manager hires with these traits in mind, and trains the employees to put the needs of the customer first. They were just flat amazing. I have had thousands of oil changes over the years, but this was the first time I actually thought to notice the people who were doing it.
First rate.

Anniversaries: A Blooming Success in Woodland

Oil Can Henry's in Woodland, Washington
Oil Can Henry’s – Woodland, WA: 1489 Pacific Avenue

Woodland, Wash., enjoys several claims to fame.
Incorporated 110 years ago, it’s one of the oldest communities in the state of Washington.
It’s home to the renowned Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens, a National Historic Site that attracts thousands of visitors from across the globe every spring to enjoy its fields of beautiful lilacs, other flowers, shrubs, and exotic trees.
It has hosted Planters Days, the longest continuously running civic celebration in Washington state, every June since 1922. Residents and visitors gather to celebrate the completion of dikes along the Columbia and Lewis rivers that stopped what had been an annual flooding of the Woodland area. The fun includes a parade, Fireman’s Barbecue, bed races, frog jumping contests, and a car show.
And, it serves as the southern gateway to Mount St. Helens, the active volcano that erupted in 1980. When you’re in the area, be sure to set aside time for a visit to the spectacular Mount St. Helens Volcanic Monument.
Oil Can Henry’s in Woodland has bloomed into a community favorite since opening its doors 15 years ago, on August 6, 2001.
Owner Eli Fields and his team of friendly, trained technicians have built a thriving business by providing quick, convenient and thorough vehicle maintenance services that drivers trust. All of us at Oil Can Henry’s are proud of the superior service provided every day by the team in Woodland. Keep up the great work!

Love this place!
Friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably-priced, and modern in their customer care.
Services are done while (you sit) in your car monitoring progress on a video screen, their menu of services is clear and transparent. I wish all the oil changes are like this one. Unfortunately many haven’t changed a bit since 1999.

Anniversaries: Full Steam Ahead in Bremerton

Oil Can Henry's in Bremerton, Washington
Oil Can Henry’s in Bremerton, Washington: 5793 State Highway 303 N.E.

The U.S. Navy has played a central role in the life of Bremerton, Wash., for the community’s entire history.
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard was established in 1891, a full decade before Bremerton was incorporated, and has operated uninterrupted since.
The shipyard was a flurry of activity during World War I as workers built 25 subchasers, seven submarines, two minesweepers, seven seagoing tugs, two ammunition ships, and about 1,700 small boats.
During World War II, the shipyard supported U.S. and Allied fleets by repairing damaged battleships and returning them to action.
Today, Naval Base Kitsap is the Pacific Northwest’s largest naval shore facility and provides the Navy with maintenance, modernization, and technical and logistics support.
Visitors to Bremerton can immerse themselves in naval history with visits to the Puget Sound Navy Museum and USS Turner Joy Museum Ship (a Naval Destroyer). They can also enjoy festivals such as the Bremerton Summer Brewfest (July15-16), Kitsap Wine Festival (August 13) and Bremerton Blackberry Festival (Sept. 3-5).
Bremerton also serves as a perfect home base for visits to Seattle (a scenic, 60-minute ferry ride across Puget Sound) and awe-inspiring Olympic National Park (just 54 miles to the north).
Oil Can Henry’s has proudly served the community for a decade. We opened our Bremerton service center on July 5, 2006, and truly enjoy the opportunity to provide quick, convenient vehicle maintenance that drivers trust.
Thank you — and great job! — to our hard-working team of friendly, trained technicians in Bremerton.
We’d also like to recognize the eight other Oil Can Henry’s service centers also celebrating July anniversaries. Congratulations to:
